I love to teach yoga philosophy, in association with asana and pranayam practice. It is a combination of intention, chanting, breathing, asana and relaxation. I would love to share my experiences from India regarding yoga and culture.
I have been doing yoga since a very young age. My father has inspired me a lot to practice yoga during my childhood. He used to practice yogasana and kriyas and also teach. Probably I have inherited from him. I kept practicing yoga of my own for a very long time. In 2018, It was a breakthrough, I joined the teachers training course in Hyderabad, India. That was the start of my beautiful journey of being a yoga teacher. I finished my residential teachers training and started teaching. I didn't stop just there, I equipped myself with prenatal and postnatal training to help women to have a safe space during and after their pregnancy. I also practice and teach Aerial yoga.
I love to practice slow and relaxing yoga, also sometimes I listen to my body and do some challenging yet intentional yoga practice. I really enjoy traveling and working with nature. It brings a sense of belonging and grounding to my inner soul.
